Dr. Jonathan Sande, Essentia Health, has secured a room to hold a breakout session for a discussion of advance care planning needs within Epic.

Bud Hammes has contacted Guarav Maini, Epic’s lead staff person on this issue, to request that he attend the breakout session as well.
