This process included the establishment of an executive-level Board of Directors of CIO’s and CMIO’s representing the 8 large Epic implementations in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. Once the MNEUG was established, the MNEUG Board of Directors asked RAIN Resources to develop a go-live support services model that would allow their 8 organizations to "share” their employees to support their upcoming Epic go-lives.
